Unigrip’s engineered epoxy lining system is designed with state-of-the-art, ultra-compact equipment that enables true in-situ application, even in the tightest and most restricted spaces.

Our adaptable tooling ensures optimal performance across a wide range of pipe dimensions: smaller pipes are lined using a high-precision rotating spray head, while larger diameters are treated with our robust rotating brush system. For surface preparation, we use our rotating carbide chain that provides thorough cleaning and consistent profiling throughout the pipe.

Material handling is streamlined through our advanced dual-cartridge delivery system, which eliminates manual mixing and ensures fool-proof, consistent ratios with fast, efficient resin supply.

Every step of the in-line process is fully recorded and documented using a compact camera mounted directly on the spray or brush head.

Thanks to our compact equipment design, minimal dismantling is required. We can rehabilitate up to 50 ft of pipe, including up to four elbows, using a single access point, significantly reducing downtime and installation complexity.
